Thanks very much for those who have contacted us about potentially serving as contributors to the Church and Postmodern Culture Conversation. We're now sorting through those enquiries and will look forward to announcing some new team members in the next few weeks. Thanks, again, to all those who expressed interest. It's been great to see that we have readers from different corners of the many worlds we hope to reach.
One aspect of that earlier call remains open: in the Comments section, we'd love to hear some suggestions for potential interviews we could pursue. These need not be interviews with philosophers or theologians--they could be interviews with artists, activists, pastors, or popes! We'd just welcome some other voices to suggest folks you'd like to hear from here at the Church and Postmodern Culture Conversation.
One person who comes to mind that I would like to see interviewed is J. Cameron Carter.
It would also be interesting to read Slavoj Zizek in regards to this issue, particularly because of the candidness of the interview setting.

Hello,
I'm going to be off topic here (but I couldn't find clear contact info)...I'm Justin, a grad student trying to do research. Because I frequent this blog, I know that many who read it are potentially savvy in such a way that would help my research. I'm researching “community and national leaders seeking out the church as an answer to society's problems”.
Do y'all have any stats/examples of this you can relay? Perhaps ‘secular’ leaders have turned to your church/organization in some way that would be relevant for my study. If that is the case, may I trouble you for a quick response or a hyperlink to an article?
Thank you for time,
Justin

Hello,
I was curious if this blog was considering doing a book review of Zizek and Milbank's newest book the Monstrosity of Christ? I believe my copy's coming in the mail from amazon sometime next week. Any chance of that happening?
Thanks,
Jeremy

Are you volunteering? I don't think we have a review or symposium planned, but it's certainly something that should be discussed here.
