Our conversations here tend to be conducted "in French," as it were, and we don't often give much space to conversations with German thought. This is partly because German philosophy today has become pretty much a colony of Anglo-American analytic philosophy in language and epistemology, along with the liberal philosophy of Rawls. But I've long sensed that there needs to be more conversation with the Frankfurt School. Just to give a tip of the hat in that direction, readers might be interested in this review of Habermas and Theology. The review is a tad toxic, but it opens up some good questions and puts some important themes on the table. Just FYI.
